To taste Jamaica is to quite simply surrender to your senses, letting every hithering aroma take you through sensuous avenues of flavor and being temporarily mesmerized by a culture that has only been perfected through generations of Grandmothers with their trusty wooden spoons and a coal hot dutchie to the more modern and handy Kitchen Aide and the oh so flattering stainless steel range top.
